1) How are compatibility scores generated?

We use your job requirements and candidate's resume to generate compatibility scores. In the backend, we have weighted the criteria based on the job requirements.

2) How do I use this feature?

First of all, you need to enable AI based screening when you are creating a job. You can click on the "Move to AI Screening" button to send the candidate for AI screening or you can also click the "Requirements Analysis" button to get the compatibility scores for the candidate.
