How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by uploading resumes to TalentAQ. Every time you add a new resume to the platform, you get credits to use for viewing other resumes. Plus, if you’re on the Free Plan, you automatically get 2 credits every day for accessing public resumes.
When do the credits expire?
Credits never expire. You can use them whenever you need.
Will I be charged for viewing my uploaded resumes?
No, we don’t charge you any credits for viewing resumes that were uploaded by you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and for the Enterprise Plan, we also offer invoicing options. For other payment methods, please contact our sales team.
What happens if I exceed my resume access limit on the Team Plan?
If you exceed your resume access limit on the Team Plan, you can contact our team and we will add credits to your account.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Will I earn credits from resumes found using Gmail integration?
Yes, you will earn credits for unique resumes automatically extracted from your Gmail using the integration feature.
Will I be charged if I open the same resume again?
No, you won’t be charged if you open the same resume. You pay only once per resume.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For specific details on how billing adjustments are handled during the switch, please contact our support team.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Any additional features or services will be clearly outlined in your plan details.
How does the resume credit system work?
In the Free Plan, you earn 2 credits per day for public resume access. In the Team Plan, you get 500 public resume accesses per month. For additional access, credits can be purchased separately.
